The Journal Biofarma Multidisciplinary publishes articles in Portuguese, Spanish and English at the intersection of pharmacy, biology, medicine, psychology, psychiatry, psychoanalysis and neuroscience that advance our understanding of the etiology, pathophysiology and treatment of diseases and disorders. This includes studies in patients with general diseases and disorders, healthy humans, and experimental animals, as well as in vitro studies. Original research articles, including clinical trials and review articles, will be considered.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
